Birthstone PendantsBird's Next Pendant

Diane Giesel is UnicornGem1994 on Etsy.  She is also a past BellaOnline editor for the Jewelry Collecting group. You can read her blog at My GemStone Box  In the last few years, Diane has created lovely rosaries in addition to expanding her work in wire.  As you can see from the free-form pendants on the left, her work is lovely.  She can create a one-of-a-kind pendant for you in any color stone you wish.  My particular favorite is the Emerald. I really like the extra swirls and curls.

But if you like something a little more organic in look, and one that combines more than one metal into a single pendant, then maybe you prefer the look of her birdnest pendant on the right.   Show your love and your connection to nature with this wire piece of silver and copper.

Tucuman Braid

One of Diane’s recent articles on her blog mentions a special order she is working to fill for Tucuman Braided bracelets.  She makes them in various wire combinations and includes artistic wire colors, then add beads at the clasp.  I really like the open braid design.  It looks strong and confident without losing that feminine touch and grace in the design.  It is easy to see why a lodge wants to stock several of these bracelets in their gift store.  I am sure they are great sellers!  These blue chalcedony faceted pear briolettes paired with 3 large white pearls look great with the natural look of copper.

I have known Diane for some years now and value that friendship very much, even if I have been out of touch for some time.  As I work my way back into the fray of creating, designing and social media, I am sure our paths willl cross again.  Until then, I hope you enjoy Diane’s shop on etsy or ArtFire . Perhaps you will also like looking at a few of her other great designs below!
